I really like craisins! I put them in a lot of dishes. They’re great in cookies, breads, salads or trailmix. The spread that I made today is from a recipe I found on the back of the Keebler Town House Cracker Box. It’s super easy and perfect to make the night before you need it!
Cranberry, Orange, Pecan Spread
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Craisins
1/2 Cup Finely chopped Pecans
2-4 Tbsp Orange juice concentrate, thawed

1. Mix the cream cheese, 2 tbsp OJ concentrate, pecans and craisins together. You can add more OJ concentrate if you want…the more you add, the thinner the consistency of the dip.
2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to develop all of the flavors. This can be made a day or two in advance. The spread will firm up when it’s refrigerated, so put it in the bowl that you’ll be serving it in before refrigerating so that it’s easy to serve.
For more flavor, you can add orange zest and a pinch of cinnamon!
