The quickest dip…

This recipe is so simple and easy and sure to be a crowd pleaser! I found this recipe on the Stonewall Kitchen website. It calls for a special salsa made by Stonewall Kitchen, but to be honest, I’ve never used it. I just use whatever salsa I feel like using.


Mexican Spinach and Cheese Dip

Mexican Spinach and Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (or any kind of cheese you’d like)
3/4 cup Salsa
10 oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in one bowl…

2. Place in a container and either heat up in the microwave for 3-5 minutes or in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips!
